Pretreatment equipment

 The equipment to improve corrosion resistance and coating adherence attributes by forming film via treatment with chemicals (phosphate zinc family or phosphate iron family), after making activated metal surface through removal of alien substances before coating. Because various processing oils, rust preventive oils, dust, rust and impurities used in processing process of metal products negatively affect adherence attributes or drying of film surface and also become the cause of inferior coating.

 The process is divided into grease removing process and chemical coating process and detailed process composition can differ, depending on product type or quality.
Detailed processes generally consists of blanching in the boiling water and then soaking inthe cold water, preliminary grease removal, main grease removal, washing 1, waching 2, surface adjustment, chemical coating, washing 3, washing 4 and pure washing.

 There are 3 types - Spray, Spray+Dip and Dip, depending on treatment type.
