Baking Oven

 The equipment baking paints coated, after spraying. There are moisture removing dry oven for moisture evaporation and a burning dry oven for sprayed film drying, after spraying. These are classified into various types, depending on the features of paints and heat source, heat exchange type, heating type and oven shape.

 Classification of Baking Ovens

1) Classification of Baking Ovens
    - Moisture removing dry oven : Moisture evaporation (Oven after pretreatment)
    - Spray dry oven : Drying of sprayed film (Electro deposition, medium layer, upper layer, under coat ovens, etc.)

2) Classification by shape
    - Box type : Mainly apply when output is small as a batch type.
    - Horizontal type : Apply when there is restriction in space.
    - Mountain shape : Energy saving type
    - Vertical tunnel shape : Energy saving type

3) Classification by heating type
    - Convective type : Heating by convective air : Direct heating and indirect heating
    - Radiant type : Heating by radiant heat

4) Classification by heat source type
    - Oil dry oven (Oil Type)
    - Gas dry oven (Gas Type)
